Where Brazn AI processes personal data relating to website visitors, prospective customers, individual account holders, marketing contacts, billing contacts, or support contacts for its own purposes, Brazn AI acts as a data controller.
Where an organisation customer uses Brazn to process personal data in its Workspace, including Customer Data from connected business systems, the organisation customer generally acts as the data controller and Brazn acts as a data processor on that customer’s behalf. That processing is governed by the applicable DPA and customer agreement.
